THE POSITION:

Our team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) are responsible for identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities – powering the YCharts sales engine. As an SDR, you will qualify active buying interest and develop opportunities within your accounts. Your prospecting process will set the stage and position the Account Executives on your team for success via telephone and email to ultimately set a sales-ready meeting.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Understands how the financial markets work and/or is curious about financial markets
  • Has sales training and cold/warm calling experience (highly preferred, bonus if in fintech)
  • Is Hubspot Inbound Certified or has used Hubspot CRM in the past (bonus)
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics or similar

All YCharters are provided the flexibility to work from wherever, whether it be the office, their home, an Airbnb out-of-state, or even the country! As long as they continue to achieve their goals, we’re leaving our flexible policy available.

For those who do want to come into the office, we moved into a brand new space and added a state-of-the-art air filtration system, a $20/day stipend for office lunches via Grubhub, new fun games, tons of snacks as well a massage chair in our peace room to regroup after a long call.

All remote YCharters are given the option of having monitors, a desk and tech equipment sent to their residence.

Lastly, and probably most importantly, we all know and felt the effects COVID had on our mental and physical health.
