Catsy is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to join our growing team and learn sales from the best. While many years of sales experience is not necessary, a passion for helping small & mid size businesses is a core requirement. The role is directly responsible for acquiring new clients through a well defined, multi-channel prospecting process. From the outset, you will be responsible for finding, nurturing and qualifying new leads. Over time your responsibilities will expand to encompass the full sales cycle, from establishing initial contact to closing deals.

About you

You are a successful candidate and you have a few years experience in selling. You build relationships quickly and want a company that is quality conscious with a great product and has high integrity. You know how to lead from the front and with an example. You have 2+ years of sales experience and are looking for an opportunity to grow in your career. You are a natural motivator and people are attracted to your charisma, style, and leadership. You enjoy the challenge of sales and can transfer your success to the team! You earn respect instead of expecting it.

You understand the importance of sales fundamentals and are not afraid to get your foot in the door and go head-to-head with 2-3 competitors. You understand the importance of finding new business.
