About the Job
GetUpside is growing and is in search of an aspiring sales operations analyst, based in Chicago, IL. You’ll join a team whose experience hails from places as varied as Google, OPower, MasterCard Worldwide and proven startup executives and venture capitalists. As a sales operations analyst you will be responsible to document and implement the sales infrastructure in order to bring on partners to enrich our marketplace. We are looking for competitive and hungry entrepreneurs who love technology and want to grow their career at a company looking to revolutionize local commerce.
What will you do?
- Manage current Salesforce instance as well as ongoing projects
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support the sales and customer success teams
- Create and maintain automation within Salesforce
- Implement and maintain business process to increase data integrity for the database
- Align with marketing team to improve the handoff of leads and feedback loop between marketing and sales
- Hit all project-related goals
- Collaborate with sales managers, account executives and BDR’s on weekly / monthly / quarterly sales results
- Administer managed packages and third party sales enablement integrations
What do you need?
- Proven experience as a sales operations analyst in the local restaurant category
- Hands-on experience with salesforce.com supporting a sales team
- Experience with marketing automation system
- Basic knowledge and troubleshooting skills for marketing automation system and salesforce integration
- Familiarity with Outreach.io
- Experience in leading projects within salesforce
- Self-starter work ethic, entrepreneurial personality, and competitive spirit
- Experience working in a fast-growing, early stage business
- 3-5 years of sales operations experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
