Sales Support Coordinator

The Sales Support Coordinator will work with our top sales professionals in Consumer Intelligence, accelerating our sales team by enabling higher-quality sales assets & skills. The ideal candidate is competitive, energetic, passionate and aggressive in their pursuit of excellence.


Sales Support Coordinator

So where do you fit here? The Sales Support Coordinator will ensure the Consumer Intelligence Sales team has the optimal processes, sales best practices, training & skills, content, and capability to maximize growth. The Coordinator will work closely with finance, product leadership, and marketing stakeholders to centralize sales content and requirements in a scalable approach. The Coordinator will also provide process support on key deals.

In your role, you would:

  • Develop and curate new sales content to help educate the sales team and advance deals through sales playbooks, case studies, training guides, product collateral, fact sheets and more

  • Drive improvements in sales and contract processes to ensure we are positioned for growth

  • Engage with senior stakeholders to increase user adoption and perceived value of the CRM platform as well as provide leadership on sales best practices

  • Partner with Product Leadership and Marketing on Nielsen products and incorporate into sales training strategy and content

  • Manage, organize and audit sales content and assets to ensure relevance 

We are looking for people with:

  • 2 years of sales or sales enablement experience

  • SaaS experience preferred (CRM, e.g. Salesforce, PowerBI reporting)

  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong attention to details and organization

  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills, ability to engage and deliver ideas and content to cross-functional teams training content

  • Previous exposure to CRM or training platforms

  • Flexible and open to uncertainty, able to problem solve and pivot when needed
