We’re looking for a Salesforce & Systems Administrator

We are looking for somebody who is technical in nature while being a highly collaborative individual contributor to work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, and Operations. As the primary Salesforce & Systems Administrator you will actively and cross-functionally support all departments that use Salesforce at Built In.  A successful Salesforce Administrator at Built In will be someone who loves working with various stakeholders to identify ways to streamline and improve processes in Salesforce to make all users’ lives easier.  This role will closely partner with the Sales Operations Manager as well as Sales leaders, Customer Success leaders, and our Salesforce Developer.

How you’ll contribute

Built In is growing fast and this is an exciting opportunity to build out the operations department further. You will be responsible for the following focus areas:

• Serve as the trusted advisor and go-to-resource for all stakeholders that leverage Salesforce; Act as a Salesforce subject matter expert (SME) for Sales, Marketing and technology teams
• Find and implement CRM best practices
• Identify areas for improvement in our current instance to make Salesforce overall run smoother and more efficiently
• Partner with Salesforce Developer to accomplish any and all requests related to improving Salesforce processes or workflows
• Regularly audit current architecture (process builder, workflows, custom fields, etc) to find ways to streamline 
• Own complex tool integrations to Salesforce: ChurnZero, Docusign, SpringCM, etc. 
• Participate in ongoing and month end audit activities to ensure financial data is accurate
• Identify process optimization opportunities and partner with Operations to implement recommended changes
• Ad-hoc Salesforce projects

What you need

• 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, preferably at a high growth tech company
• Salesforce Admin Certification
• Ability to multitask and prioritize at times of high volume while delivering results on aggressive timelines
• Experience managing Salesforce integrations (CPQ, among others)
• Experience with tools outside of Salesforce a plus (ChurnZero, DocuSign, CongaGrid)
• Ability to communicate within all levels of the organization
• Ability to thrive in a start-up environment, highly self-motivated, extremely detail-oriented and organized, analytical with demonstrated problem solving and have sound business decision making skills in a fast growing/fast paced environment
