Description:

As an SDR Manager at project44, you will be responsible managing and growing the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team whose goal is to generate revenue by developing opportunities for the project44 sales organization. Under your leadership, your team is responsible for inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting moving leads into and through the sales funnel and setting up sales qualified appointments. You will be accountable for your team’s daily activity and call metrics along with monthly/quarterly quotas. You are a passionate and well-organized sales development manager with experience in B2B, enterprise software, SaaS, or logistics. You are excited about the product you are representing and have the grit and tenacity required while succeeding in a fast-paced environment.

Key Accountabilities

  • Recruit, onboard, train and optimize a team of SDRs responsible for inbound and outbound sales engagements
  • Refine the sales pitch and process to achieve optimum results
  • Establish metrics and help the team improve by understanding their performance
  • Manage inbound lead flow and track efficiency of sales and marketing programs
  • Help create a fun, high energy environment where people love coming to work
  • Oversee usage of team systems including Salesforce, SalesLoft, etc.
  • Work closely with Marketing leadership to ensure success of online marketing campaigns

Requirements & Preferred Skills

  • 3+ years of B2B, enterprise software, SaaS or experience
  • Inbound and outbound team management experience
  • Self-starter with proven success as a sales leader
  • Experience using sales and prospecting tools such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, etc.
  • Competitive nature - should be eager to learn and win.
  • Solid communications skills - both verbal and written
  • Strong analytical thinker
  • Outstanding attention to detail with superior time and project management skills
  • Self-motivated, independent worker
