Job Description
Reverb is looking to bring a new Seller Engagement Manager to our Outreach team! In this role you will act as a key account manager, developing Reverb’s relationship with our sellers. You will be responsible for actively growing sellers’ Reverb business and ensuring they are best utilizing the site and its features.
Requirements:
- Run a book of Reverb’s top sellers with the goal of growing their Reverb sales.
- Work with sellers to identify new opportunities and introduce new features.
- Assist sellers in managing and expanding inventory on Reverb.
- Host goal-based business reviews with your book of sellers.
- Identify, quantify and articulate internal seller-product opportunities to grow sales.
- Work closely with our Integrations Team to coordinate new sellers integrations.
- A myriad of other tasks that come with a rapidly growing business.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of music gear brands, distributors, dealers and other key players.
- At least 2 years musical sales experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong digital literacy, including knowledge of spreadsheet software.
- A proactive and self-starting demeanor.
- Strong organization skills.
- Musical instrument retail experience is a plus.

This is a full-time position located (eventually) in Chicago, reporting to the Seller Engagement Senior Manager. While all of our employees are currently remote, our future of work plan will offer flexible workplace policies that can accommodate work from home candidates who are comfortable traveling to the office location 2-3 times per week.
