It’s with that in mind that Hologram is looking for a Senior Business Development Representative, to join our Growth team. This individual will be responsible for proactive outbound appointment setting focused on our target markets. We want this to be more than just an appointment setting role as researching and knowing the IoT market and helping us understand what businesses we should focus on and why is critical.  We are seeking driven, sales-minded individuals that are looking for an opportunity to join a high-growth startup, and will be rewarded for performance with uncapped growth opportunities. 

How does this role differ from the Business Development Representative role?
In this role, we are looking for a more experienced salesperson. Someone that can learn our business and quickly be promoted to a revenue-producing role.  You might have had a short stint as an AE and are willing to prospect to get to that place again. The role is more of an entry-level role/learning and growing role.  It is our hope that a Senior Business Development Representative will get promoted to the account executive level in a shorter period of time.

What will your day to day look like? 
 

• Building prospect lists and targeting prospects via email, phone and LinkedIn outreach 
• Handling all inbound leads, calls, etc.. 
• Documenting and improving the inbound and outbound process 
• Attend internal meetings pertaining to the sales team and overall Hologram team 
• Overachieving your KPI’s on a monthly basis 
• Becoming an IoT, cellular and Hologram expert
