Senior Campaign Specialist

As a Sr. Campaign Specialist at Cooler Screens, you will have a critical team role ensuring that advertising content is flawlessly displayed on our screens.  You will develop relationships with our clients to understand creative needs and campaign objectives and follow the campaign from the kick-off call, to creative receipt, to trafficking it on Cooler Screens to delivering to the campaign goals.  You will be a partner to the sales team in taking care of our clients’ campaign needs.  You will utilize both Cooler Screens’ ad serving system as well as setting up deals in our third party SSPs.

You will also help Cooler Screens develop a process with our CRM and other tools to track creative and campaign management.  You will serve as a liaison with our third party SSP partners to ensure deals are being correctly set up and delivered and help troubleshoot any issues.

Who You Are:

• You have experience in supporting digital media business
• You are a skilled communicator and are comfortable being the liaison between partners and Cooler Screens
• You have excellent organization skills with a keen eye to detail
• You are a creative problem solver that doesn’t get discouraged if the answer isn’t readily available 
• You are comfortable learning new systems and processes
• You can creatively come up with new solutions or processes to achieve end goal
• You can work both independently and a collaborate as a teammate
• You are comfortable working with data and excel
• You are passionate about building something from scratch and thrive in operating in unchartered territory
• You help set up a process to track creative collection and campaign set up
• You are familiar with SSPs and setting up deal ids

What You Need to Succeed

• 3+ years’ experience in agency and digital advertising
• Experience interacting and building relationships both internally and externally
• Background with digital advertising, setting up deals, ad trafficking and digital content
• Demonstrates strong follow up skills including communicating key details
• Experience with using CRM to capture customer interactions and outstanding issues
• Intermediate skills with Excel 
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and comfortable working in a fast-paced high-growth environment
• You have a growth mindset and are continually trying to learn with proactive qualities and self-directed actions
