Senior Sales Strategy Analyst
As the Senior Sales Strategy Analyst you will work closely with the Divisional Sales Management team and other key go-to-market stakeholders to enable, operationalize, analyze, and accelerate overall growth initiatives. This position plays a analytical and strategic role in key areas within sales and related functions including (1) overall sales health and day-to-day operations (2) strategic planning and goal setting (3) special projects and initiatives - to continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team. This position requires a high degree of autonomy in a dynamic environment. This position will be located in the Chicago area along with the Divisional Sales Management team and will have a hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities
- Continuously improve pipeline management process to enhance seller production analysis and forecasting of accurate client delivery schedules.
- Proactively generate critical business insights from rigorous data analysis and market research.
- Design our Sales strategy to support decision making - owns our data sets, dashboards, KPIs, and ultimately our decision-making framework.
- Guide and influence larger, cross-functional teams to achieve company strategic and operational initiatives.
- Evaluate pricing structures to ensure fit with sales objectives and market competitiveness.
- Collaborate with Business Operations team to build reports and dashboards to evaluate sales and growth metrics related to forecasting, progress to plan, and team attainment.
- Work closely with Sales leaders to develop and operationalize territory planning framework, including goal setting and segmentation.
- Align sales, marketing, and inside sales selling efforts and intelligence with internal support teams.
- Assist with compensation plan design, communication, and tracking.
- Support sellers and front-line sales managers on a day-to-day basis on sales processes, approvals, and contract reviews.
- Integrate and evaluate third party data to ensure the most current information is being used in decision making processes.
- Improves sales process by developing strategies and playbooks for selling our products and services more effectively to new and existing customers.
- Progress per market proposal management capabilities.
- Serve as right-hand to divisional VPs and Directors on special projects and initiatives.
- Maintain high-level of data integrity for accurate reporting.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of pervious sales operations experience.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
- This role requires experience having worked directly with senior executives on a regular basis
- Proven experience using data and metrics to design and implement strategic plans and drive results in a high growth environment.
- Track record of being able to effectively facilitate meetings and quickly establish trust and credibility to grow business relationships vital to the success of the company.
- Software industry experience preferred.
