What You'll Bring:
- B.S. in Business (or related field) or equivalent experience preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations working with SalesForce.Com and Xactly.
- Analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the capability to eloquently describe analytic processes and findings in non-technical terms.

- Organizational skills demonstrating strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to work both independently and with cross-functional teams.
- Intermediate skills using Excel formulas and PowerPoint.
Impact You'll Make:
- Work as a partner to the Sales Team for Salesforce.com, Xactly, Application Inventory and Level11 by providing in depth knowledge on intricacies of each program and how to utilize to support revenue achievement.
- Responsible for creating dashboards within internal systems to automatically generate monthly statements for all sellers.
- Generate and manage Sales performance reporting weekly, monthly and quarterly by analyzing and creating dashboards and reports to be provided to sellers and Healthcare Leadership team.
- Manage variable pay data and monthly and quarterly commissions by partnering with Finance and utilizing available reports, plus creating new reports to simplify process.
- Foster a high performance culture and cultivate an environment that promotes excellence and reflects the TransUnion brand.
