About The Role

The Solutions Consultant role focuses on successfully delivering key messages about the functionality of Yello's talent suite via presentation and product demonstration, with the core objective of successfully supporting the sales organization. Through well-rehearsed, smooth flowing demos attendees discover how the Yello solution can answer their recruiting challenges and how the solution works. This role owns numerous simultaneous projects that range from business development initiatives to the transfer of knowledge throughout the sales cycle. The solutions consultant group plays a major role in helping to meet the overall financial goals and contributing to the overall growth of Yello.

How You'll Make An Impact

  • Deliver the value proposition of Yello's Talent Solutions
  • Configure the system to demonstrate how Yello can meet prospect’s requirements
  • Participate in RFP/RFI process
  • Understand and stay current on industry best practices and market trends as well as Yello’s product updates
  • Support product management, marketing and sales in competitive positioning
  • Act as the product expert
  • Participate in marketing events
  • Lead "trials" of our Solutions by prospecting at recruiting events

What We're Looking For

  • You must have proven success in a related industry (Enterprise SC in SaaS, HCM/Recruiting, etc).
  • You have demonstrated experience in making format presentations including the ability to quickly redesign presentations and demo environment based on customer information
  • The ideal candidate will also possess excellent verbal communication skills and be able to contribute to sales goals through their excellent articulation of our products and our value proposition
  • Must have exposure interacting with cross-functional teams, specifically sales and C-levels 
  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience required
  • Recruiting industry experience would be a huge plus
