What You'll Bring
A minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales engineering, operations, or product management
Very comfortable with the support of digital data and digital advertising
Superior analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to manage multiple partnership relationships simultaneously
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including communicating with external clients and partner teams
Comfortable with ambiguity. Experience working in startups is a plus
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
Impact You'll Make
The Solutions Engineer role is focused on supporting our market-facing teams as the solutions expert. You will be the go between Product and Sales working to build custom solutions that exceed our customers expectations and drive significant revenue for the business.
The ideal candidate has worked in a sales engineering role integrating data products and supported data partnerships and is familiar with the ad-tech ecosystem, including Oracle Data Cloud, DoubleClick, Adobe, LiveRamp, Facebook, Twitter, data exchanges, RTB exchanges, DSP’s, and mobile platforms. You are comfortable with digital technology and have experience with data products and integrations with 3rd party systems and API’s.
You are very detail-oriented, able to juggle several projects simultaneously, and always looking for ways to streamline processes and reduce errors. As a critical part of TransUnion’s service delivery, you work hard and take pride in helping the company and your team win. You are always looking to build repeatable processes and eliminate data errors, yet you are creative and adaptable in your approach.
Support market-facing teams with sales, onboarding, and integration activities
Communicate and evangelize TransUnion products internally and externally
Develop and implement best practices and procedures to achieve efficiency and collaboration with partners and clients
Gather product feedback from internal-facing (Operations) and external-facing (Partner Development, Customer success, & Sales) stakeholders
Help document and gather product requirements in support of onboarding and integration of TransUnion solutions with partners and clients
Understand the competitive landscape so that you can collaborate with product marketing to create a differentiated positioning within a crowded space
Work with Product Operations and Client Services staff to manage timely and in-scope execution of deliverables
