Description & Requirements
This role will function as strategy owner and operator for Emerging Platforms and will be responsible for leading and implementing critical initiatives across the organization to drive sales- market share- and conversion of Kraft Heinz Products sold online. This role will be transformational in identifying the pathways for the future - setting KHC up to continue to lead in the eCommerce space.

  • Emerging Platforms - Grow curtain platforms that are in-line with the Last Mile and Emerging strategy across the Sales and BU teams.
  • New Platforms: Identify and engage new- emerging retail eCommerce partners and evaluating partnership viability for Kraft Heinz.
  • Media: Partner with Media- eCommerce Sales- Omni Shopper Marketing- and Brand teams to drive holistic omnichannel strategies that achieve campaign and business objectives on the Emerging Platforms. Focusing on driving Conversion and Perfect Screen principles.
  • Strategic Outlook - Responsible for developing the right sales and media mechanisms to track industry developments on an ongoing basis and providing perspectives internally to senior leadership and key stakeholders.


Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • Operate with a high level of ambiguity to be able to create structure in white spaces.
  • Synthesize campaign learnings and communicate data-driven recommendations and best practices to the sales and brand leadership on a regular basis
  • Collaborate with key cross functional teams to identify growth areas and white space opportunities
  • Develop test and learn innovation plans to continuously drive the business forward • Continuously push the envelope and develop forward thinking strategies and roadmaps as media capabilities evolve
  • Monitor the eCommerce landscape and provide consistent updates and perspectives to internal leadership
  • Advocate for eCommerce in optimizations across the innovation and commercialization process for new products internally to ensure the eCommerce consumer needs are being met


Expected Experience & Required Skills

  • Ability to form and maintain strong relationships and to influence others via partnership
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to simplify complex ideas and develop clear points of view
  • Prior experience in eCommerce- digital strategy- and/or Media
  • Strong understanding of CPG & the CPG eCommerce landscape
  • Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills and demonstrated ability to manage a scaled business
  • Strong leader- collaborator- team player- and individual contributor
  • Strong personal motivation in fast paced- high pressure environment with a bias for action and drive for results
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills to internal and external partners- as well as senior leadership (GM and President Level)
  • Very organized- high attention to detail- and follows through independently
  • Passion to challenge the status quo and find new solutions/drive out of the box ideas - loves and embraces change
  • Empowers others to fail- learn- and grow with an experimental mindset to drive innovation
  • Ability to quickly adapt with feedback and execute


Work Environment & Schedule
This position is considered a Normal office environment with limited travel or visits to external locations; offices are open workspaces. Additionally- this role requires a 40hr/week work schedule.
Physical Requirements
Physical demands include but are not limited to:
Sedentary conditions- limited movement from workstation for brief periods of time- generally quiet workspace with conversational noise volume- constant screen usage with text input.

Office Collaboration & Hybrid Work Environment
