What You'll Bring
3+ years of sales compensation or sales operations experience
A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is required
Must have extremely strong familiarity with Xactly (certification preferred)
Must be proficient with Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
Excellent planning and organization skills, attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks, and work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment to meet aggressive goals
Strong sense of accountability over actions and results
Strong business acumen with a comprehensive knowledge of motivational levers to improve sales compensation administration
Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills
Experience with navigating and reporting within Salesforce.com
Impact You'll Make
Sales Effectiveness, part of the Finance organization, assists in harmonizing compensation expertise with sales strategy and role design. Our key functions include plan design, operations & administration, governance and reporting. We are a small but very successful team comprised of smart, self-motivated, analytical and forward-thinking professionals who enable our sales team by providing value-add consultation and support.
Administer and maintain the Xactly incentive compensation system, including establishing and maintaining effective data management protocols and system controls.
Build new incentive plans and associated calculations in the system, as well as modifying existing plans, hierarchies, and crediting rules to keep pace with an evolving sales organization.
Partner with Sales, Operations, and Finance on improving the operations and infrastructure of the sales compensation systems and processes.
Develop, document, execute and maintain requirements for content for 3rd party vendors.
Manage, monitor, and report usage, outages and repairs of Xactly comp administration system.
Establish and maintain ongoing Salesforce case management and reporting.
