We are seeking a talented Salesforce Commerce Cloud Technical Lead to join our team. As Technical Lead, you will play a key role in driving the development and execution of SFCC-based e-commerce solutions for our diverse portfolio of client brands. You will lead a team of developers, collaborate closely with clients and internal teams, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions that align with client goals and objectives.

Responsibilities
- Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and maintenance of e-commerce solutions for various client brands.
- Collaborate with clients, account managers, and creative teams to gather requirements, define project scopes, and recommend technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure adherence to best practices across projects.
- Proactively identify technical challenges, propose innovative solutions, and implement effective resolutions to optimize client outcomes.
- Stay updated on SFCC platform updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies, and leverage this knowledge to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from planning and estimation to execution and delivery.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in developing and customizing SFCC-based e-commerce solutions, preferably within an agency or consulting environment.
- Experience leading and managing a team of developers, with a collaborative and client-focused approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, project management tools, and version control systems.
- SFCC Developer certifications are a plus.
