As a member of RSM’s consulting team, you’ll work directly with key decision makers and company owners to gain a better understanding of the challenges they face. This experience also allows you to see firsthand the positive impact your efforts can have on the client's success.The Solution Architect serves as subject matter expert on Salesforce Configure, Price, Quote projects responsible for client delivery, proposals, new business opportunities, and knowledge management. The Solution Architect works to understand requirements and enable the authoring/development of quality solutions that meet the requirementsKey Responsibilities:
  • Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and product.
  • Lead technical design sessions; create, estimate, and solution user stories; develop technical solution documentation aligned with the business objectives.
  • Deliver as an individual contributor, but also able to lead a team of Consultants, Developers and/or Solution Architects.
  • Demonstrate Quote-To-Cash (Revenue Cloud/ARM, CPQ, etc.) thought leadership and educate clients on Salesforce platform best practices and ensure adherence across the implementation team.
  • Provide Revenue Cloud and Salesforce CPQ expertise during sales efforts to estimate the technical level of effort.
  • Absorb new product and technical capabilities from Salesforce during new product releases and acquisitions.
  • Coach and mentor junior resources; own responsibility for ongoing configuration and development of resources on Salesforce projects.
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of functional, hands-on Salesforce implementation experience with a strong focus on Salesforce Revenue Cloud and/or CPQ.
  • Translate business requirements into functional user stories and design scalable best practice solutions using Revenue Cloud/CPQ, along with the suite of Salesforce products and 3rd party applications.
  • Proven experience contributing to end-to-end quote-to-cash solutions (product modeling, pricing, discounting, quoting, contracting, amendments/renewals) and familiarly with advanced pricing strategies (tiered, usage-based, bundled, subscription models)
  • Sound ability to provide level of effort estimates and coordinate prioritization efforts.
  • Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills and manage task assignments for yourself and within teams. Monitor and drive issues to resolution.
  • Hold, at minimum, the Salesforce CPQ Specialist and Salesforce Certified Administrator certifications.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with: Advanced Approvals, Salesforce Communities, and Recommending CPQ solutions.
  • Functional knowledge of 3rd Party Applications: Document generation, such as Conga or Drawloop; Electronic signature, such as DocuSign or Adobe Sign, integration tools, and common ERPs
  • Proficiency in Agile or Agile-hybrid methodologies.
  • Administering comprehensive training and documentation to both end-users and admin users.
  • Preferred Salesforce Certifications: Revenue Cloud Consultant, Community Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer I, Data Architecture and Management Designer, Sharing and Visibility Designer, Development Lifecycle and Deployment Designer.
  • Travel Required: < 30%

At RSM, an employee’s pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $107,000 - $214,500

Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
