Description

SPAR Solutions is seeking a hands-on Salesforce Solutions Consultant to own client solutions from discovery through go-live. This is a client-facing consulting and delivery role at the intersection of business consulting, solution design, and hands-on Salesforce delivery.

You will lead client conversations, uncover and challenge requirements, recommend practical and scalable Salesforce solutions, and remain hands-on through configuration, testing, and deployment. You should be equally comfortable supporting discovery, designing and configuring solutions, presenting recommendations, and supporting delivery through go-live.

Working across SOW-based engagements, you will balance business value, Salesforce best practices, scope, timeline, budget, and maintainability while managing priorities across multiple client projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

·      Engage in client discovery sessions, challenge assumptions where appropriate, and shape business requirements into practical Salesforce solutions.

·      Advise clients on solution options, tradeoffs, and recommended approaches, using Salesforce capabilities and best practices.

·      Strong client communication and executive presence, with the ability to distill complex issues into clear, concise recommendations.

·      Translate business problems into clear, specific Salesforce solution options and tradeoffs.

·      Communicate recommendations clearly, concisely, and confidently with senior stakeholders.

·      Advise clients on practical approaches using Salesforce capabilities and best practices.

·      Apply strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud processes, including lead and opportunity management, sales cycles, pipeline management, case management, routing, knowledge, entitlements, and omni-channel.

·      Build flows, automation, objects, fields, security, reports, dashboards, page layouts, and other declarative solutions.

·      Translate requirements into user stories, process flows, and solution designs.

·      Support data migration, integrations, testing, UAT, training, and go-live activities.

·      Partner with developers and architects when solutions require custom development or more complex integrations.

·      Manage priorities and deliverables across multiple client engagements.

·      Identify risks, scope concerns, and opportunities for improvement early.

·      Build solutions that are maintainable, scalable, and appropriate for the client’s business.

Salary Range: Remote – U.S. | $120–$140K annually, final compensation is based on on experience & skills.

Requirements

·      5+ years of Salesforce experience, including meaningful hands-on configuration and solution design.

·      3+ years in Salesforce consulting or another client-facing implementation environment strongly preferred.

·      Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud business processes and capabilities.

·      Demonstrated experience leading discovery and translating business requirements into Salesforce solutions.

·      Strong declarative Salesforce skills, particularly Flow, automation, security, data modeling, reports, and dashboards.

·      Experience supporting Salesforce implementations through the full delivery lifecycle.

·      Strong client communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

·      Ability to work independently, make sound recommendations, and manage competing priorities in a fast-moving consulting environment.

·      Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant certification preferred.

·      Experience with SOW-based consulting engagements.

·      Exposure to Salesforce integrations and middleware.

·      Experience with Revenue Cloud/CPQ, Field Service, Experience Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, Health Cloud, or other Salesforce products.

·      Additional Salesforce certifications.

You’ll Thrive Here If You…

·      Like being both consultative and hands-on.

·      Can simplify a complicated business problem rather than over-engineer it.

·      Are comfortable advising clients and respectfully challenging requirements when there is a better approach.

·      Confidently lead senior stakeholder conversations and influence decisions rather than simply document requirements.

·      Enjoy moving between different customers, industries, and business problems.

·      Take ownership and don’t require a large delivery team around you to make progress.

·      Communicate proactively when scope, timelines, or requirements need attention.

What Success Looks Like:

You quickly earn client trust, understand the business problem behind the request, recommend an appropriate Salesforce solution, and help deliver it successfully. Your solutions are practical, maintainable, and drive measurable value for the client.
