Develop and customize SAP ABAP programs, integrate systems using CPI, collaborate with teams, and provide production support for SAP solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize SAP ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, conversions, and enhancements to support business processes.
- Design and implement CPI integration scenarios to integrate SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing for developed solutions.
- Provide production support and troubleshooting for SAP ABAP and CPI-related issues.
- Stay updated with SAP technologies and best practices to suggest improvements and optimizations.
- Document technical designs, configurations, and development activities.
- Participate in project planning, estimation, and deployment activities as needed.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with SAP ABAP development, and 4 years’ experience working with CPI.
- Hands-on experience with SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) development and configuration.
- Proficiency in ABAP programming including ABAP Objects, BAPIs, BADI, User Exits, and IDOCs.
- Experience with SAP Fiori/UI5 development is a plus.
- Strong understanding of SAP functional modules such as SD, MM, FI/CO, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Good communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- SAP certification in ABAP development/ SAP Integration Suite is preferred.
