About the role:
We’re looking for a Senior SAP Business One Consultant to lead full-cycle implementations, act as a subject matter expert for customers and colleagues, and mentor junior consultants. You’ll turn business requirements into solid functional and technical designs, manage delivery end to end, and support Pre-Sales with demos and solution proposals, all within a global, multicultural team.
In this role you will get to:
- Lead the analysis, evaluation, and clarification of customer business requirements, providing expert guidance on SAP Business One solutions and recommending optimized technical and functional designs throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Act as a subject matter expert for SAP Business One core modules and related add-ons, ensuring solutions align with customer business objectives and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with project stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and customers to drive successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Conduct gap analysis between customer business requirements and system capabilities, proposing effective solutions and process improvements.
- Proactively manage project deliverables, timelines, risks, and issue resolution, while providing regular progress updates to stakeholders.
- Mentor and support Consultants and junior team members during project execution and support activities.
- Participate in solution architecture discussions, system optimization initiatives, and complex troubleshooting activities.
- Support Pre-Sales activities by conducting SAP Business One solution demonstrations, participating in customer discovery calls, gathering and assessing business requirements, and contributing to solution proposals.
Experience:
- Extensive knowledge of SAP Business One across all core modules and core add-ons.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Business One consulting and support.
- Successfully participated in at least 5 full-cycle SAP Business One implementation projects.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server or SAP HANA, including Crystal Reports.
- Experience with Beas Manufacturing, ELO office management, and Power BI - Advantage.
