You are a motivated and ambitious key team member, with functional SAP experience who can manage the responsibilities below. As a key team member, you are responsible for defining and orchestrating a portfolio of services provided to your assigned clients and as a trusted advisor, you will support the setup and execution of digital transformation roadmaps and provision of services to meet the high standards of customers and Reply, while coordinating with the Reply team. As Engagement Manager you are responsible and accountable for the ultimate success of your assigned engagements, from the statement of work through transition to run.

Responsibilities

    •    Build trusted customer relationships, develop service plans, and drive SAP adoption and business transformation. Support contract extensions and renewals ahead of end date, ensure delivered value is visible to the customer, and flag new opportunities for Sales to drive
    •    Collaborate with client stakeholders to develop and implement strategic plans that optimize SAP investment and deliver measurable business value.
    •    Proactively identify and address functional, technical, staffing, and commercial risks before they escalate. Own end-to-end escalation management for critical issues.
    •    Collaborate with Reply's project managers to promote successful project execution across Project Delivery, Scope Management, Cost Management and Resourcing. Provide oversight, guidance and support to the Reply project manager, the consulting team, and the client's teams throughout the engagement, including regular onsite visits.
    •    Lead, motivate, and empower the consulting team while evaluating performance to enhance skills, foster success, and promote effective client collaboration. 
    •    Partner with Sales and Marketing from engaging prospects, supporting RFP processes, through to client onboarding.  Own content creation and orchestration for these processes while consistently communicating Reply’s value. Build out the project scope, resourcing plan, and cost estimate for proposals — coordinating input from the sales team &  getting Partner sign-off
    •    Build and maintain relationships with key client decision-makers — from IT (CIO, SAP Applications Director, Technical/Team Managers) to the C-suite (CEO/CFO/COO) to the business (Site Directors, Business Process Owners) — through regular onsite visits and independent leadership meetings. Hold a seat on the client Steering Committee and stay engaged with the PMO throughout the engagement.
    •    Turn each engagement into a reference— partner with Sales and Marketing on joint opportunities like success stories, short films, and conference appearances with the client.

Minimum Requirements

    •    Bachelor’s degree 
    •    Travel up to 50%
    •    7 years of SAP experience
    •    Experience in a project management role 
    •    Experience on 3+ full lifecycle projects in area of SAP implementation, SAP release upgrades and/or ongoing support of various SAP Business Suite products (S/4HANA, CRM, BI, SCM, APO, SRM, SAP Solution Manager) 
    •    Practical experience in the application of SAP implementation methodologies
    •    Leadership skills to provide direction to the consulting team, and as a trusted adviser to the client when advising on strategy, direction, and risk 
    •    Experience creating RFP and statement of work content, project and resource plans, cost estimates and assumptions lists in a client-facing role

Preferred Qualifications

    •    Specific knowledge in any of the following industries: Process, Chemicals, Manufacturing, Distribution
    •    Knowledge or experience deploying SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud 
    •    Implementation experience in non ERP SAP Cloud environments

The base compensation range for this full-time position is between $150,000-$210,000 plus benefits. Compensation decisions are supported through market data, where regional variances may exist based on cost of labor. We also consider prior experience, relevant skills, education, training, certifications, and other job-related qualifications.
