Duties:
Responsible for design, develop, and implement custom software solutions within SAP to address evolving business needs, including functional module enhancements, performance tuning, and tailored workflows. Translate business requirements into technical and functional specifications that guide the development and configuration of scalable SAP applications. Develop, test, and deploy application components and system enhancements, ensuring alignment with software development best practices and validation standards. Collaborate with cross-functional development and implementation teams to build integrated SAP solutions that improve operational efficiency and system interoperability. Coordinate with technical teams, including SAP developers and consultants, to ensure successful execution of development projects, system customizations, and performance optimization efforts. Identify, track, and resolve technical risks and issues across SAP development projects, maintaining project timelines and quality standards. Oversee SAP service delivery and system integration efforts to ensure compliance with client expectations, service level agreements (SLAs), and key performance indicators (KPIs). Monitor and analyze system metrics and KPIs to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for continuous improvement. Provide technical guidance and leadership to support personnel throughout the SAP software development lifecycle including documentation, deployment, and user support activities.

Requirements:
Master’s in computer science, Engineering any, MIS, Business or related field or foreign equivalent.

Domestic travel may be required and may occur four (4) times per year or more, depending on client need.

40 hours/week, wage range $130,707 to $140,000 per year.
