Compensation/Benefits:
- Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000

Education & experience:
- Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. SAP certification is a plus
- Proven experience as an SAP Specialist or SAP Consultant with at least 1 year of experience
Qualifications:
- Ability to read technical drawings (blueprints & bill of materials) and understanding of MRP (materials Requirement Planning)
- In-depth knowledge of SAP ERP systems, including configuration, customization, and integration
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business processes
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is a plus
- Strong project management skills to lead SAP-related initiatives
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
Job responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the Engineering department.
- Establish and maintain recordkeeping systems for the Engineering department.
- Responsible for set up and maintenance of Item master in SAP
- Data entry and maintenance of structured bill of materials into SAP
- Support managers in implementing best practices and fully utilizing ERP system capabilities
- Uphold data governance policies and procedures to ensure standardized data naming, establish consistent data definitions and monitor overall data quality for assigned data entities
- Collaborate with departments to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation using SAP
- Configure, customize, and develop SAP solutions to address specific business needs
- Provide end-user support by troubleshooting and resolving SAP-related issues
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on SAP usage and best practices
- Oversee SAP integrations with other systems and applications
- Manage data migration, data cleansing, and data archiving activities within SAP
- Proactively identify and address bottlenecks and inefficiencies in SAP applications
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP configurations, processes, and procedures
- Generate and present reports on system performance, usage, and key performance indicators
