Purpose: We are seeking an experienced Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a track record managing search engine marketing campaigns in the personal injury law vertical. You should have experience managing large monthly budgets and optimizing for case type specific KPIs. If you are passionate about being part of a rapidly growing firm and have the expertise to drive significant personal injury conversions, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage SEM campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads and Bing Ads.
  • Conduct keyword research and selection for pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to maximize reach and efficiency.
  • Create compelling ad copy and optimize landing pages to improve quality scores and conversion rates.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to meet and exceed KPIs.
  • Manage monthly budgets of at least six figures, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop impactful marketing materials.
  • Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to keep our SEM strategies cutting-edge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in SEM, with at least 2 years focusing on personal injury law.
  • Proven experience managing six-figure monthly budgets.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in SEM tools such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Certification in Google Ads and/or other relevant SEM certifications is a plus.
