What You'll Do
Perform daily tasks to assist Financial Advisor team
Complete special assignment tasks to streamline processes and increase efficiencies
Maintain and update various databases, as requested
Adhere to all internal and external regulatory requirements, standards, guidelines, policies, and procedures, under the strictest confidentiality
Create and maintain proper electronic documentation, ensure account paper files are in good order
Work to transition older client records to electronic filing
Perform other duties and responsibilities, as requested
Qualifications
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
Ability to multitask, follow instructions and have keen attention to detail
Excellent teamwork skills
Adheres to the highest ethical standards
Exceptional client service skills

Compensation:
The estimated hourly rate for this role is $19.00. Actual pay rate may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience.
