Join JPMorgan Chase's Securitized Financing team and play a pivotal role in shaping the gold standard for collateral audit and review. Your expertise will drive consistency, compliance, and innovation in a dynamic, global environment.
Job summary
As Collateral Audit Manager, you will oversee and execute robust collateral audit scopes and review processes for our Securitized Financing business. You will collaborate globally to ensure best practices, manage third-party consultant oversight, and deliver formal training to internal stakeholders. Your work will directly impact the integrity and success of our asset-backed finance operations.
Job responsibilities
  • Lead the development and maintenance of gold standard collateral audit scopes for all asset classes globally, ensuring regulatory and policy alignment.
  • Collaborate with US, EMEA & APAC Portfolio Managers to ensure global consistency and share best practices.
  • Formalize and document all audit, review, and escalation processes, including triggers, actions, timelines, and responsible parties.
  • Propose and document scope for initial and annual collateral reviews for new and existing transactions.
  • Oversee third-party consultant AUP report review, summarizing findings and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Maintain compliance with JPM's Third Party Oversight requirements for all consultants engaged in collateral audit and review.
  • Track and document AUP report due dates, color grades, and follow-up actions, maintaining audit trails in designated systems.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field; CPA, CIA, or similar certification preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in audit, collateral diligence, or risk management within securitized lending or asset-backed finance.
  • Demonstrated expertise across a broad range of asset classes (consumer, commercial, real estate, receivables).
  • Strong understanding of Agreed Upon Procedures (AUP), collateral audit processes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience drafting and maintaining audit scopes and procedures for complex financing transactions.
  • Proven experience formalizing and documenting audit and escalation processes.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Experience as, or working with, third-party consultants and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with access controls, audit trails, and governance documentation.
  • Ability to develop and deliver training programs for internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with global colleagues.
