We’re looking for a Senior Enterprise Account Executive: Experienced, achievement-oriented, curious, and confident sales professionals are more than welcome to join our Superstar team!

Position Responsibilities:

  • Drive executive-level access within strategic target accounts, including CEO, COO, CFO, CIO, Chief Supply Chain, and Customer Experience leaders

  • Lead financially anchored sales conversations focused on revenue impact, cost-to-serve, margin expansion, and EBITDA sensitivity

  • Develop and defend executive business cases tied to measurable financial outcomes

  • Orchestrate executive workshops, financial simulations, and structured pilot programs

  • Own a focused list of high-value target accounts rather than high-volume pipeline coverage

  • Create buying urgency in accounts without an active replacement cycle

  • Lead cross-functional internal teams including technical sales, product, and finance to deliver cohesive executive engagement

Position Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience selling transformation programs, not just software licenses

  • Proven ability to build C-suite relationships in accounts without an active buying process

  • Strong financial acumen and ability to translate operational KPIs into financial impact including revenue, cost, margin, and EBITDA

  • Experience leading complex, multi-stage enterprise sales cycles including pilot to rollout motions

  • Executive presence with credibility at board and senior leadership levels

  • Experience managing strategic named-account programs

  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and creating structure in early-stage executive engagements

The salary range for this position is expected to be between $300,000-$380,000 OTE annually. The salary range is determined by experience, seniority, and additional factors.
