Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake Architecture.

  • Lead Data Vault 2.0 (or 1.x where applicable) adoption: hub, link, satellite design, historization patterns, and business key strategy.

  • Translate business requirements into canonical models and pragmatic consumption layers (raw/landing, raw vault, business vault, information marts).Proficiency in Matillion and/or Informatica.

  • Lead design and hands-on development of Matillion and/or Informatica pipelines for ingest, transformation, CDC/streaming, and orchestration.

  • Implement modern ELT patterns leveraging Snowflake features (COPY, Snowpipe, Streams & Tasks, Materialized Views, zero-copy cloning).

  • Implement error-handling, retry, and idempotent load patterns.

  • Strong SQL and ETL/ELT development skills.

  • Knowledge of data warehousing, cloud data platforms, performance tuning, and data governance.

  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
