You’ll join our engineering team, collaborating closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to architect scalable, high-performing headless content management solutions. You’ll work with enterprise clients to shape technical strategy, guide best practices, and ensure seamless integration with their broader digital ecosystems.

Responsibilities

  • Architecting, developing, and maintaining rich web applications using React.js and modern frontend tooling (Next.js, TypeScript, Redux, etc.).
  • Translating Figma/UX design mockups into responsive, accessible, and reusable components.
  • Leading frontend development efforts within your project team, ensuring clean, maintainable, and performant code.
  • Collaborating with backend engineers to integrate APIs and define data models.
  • Reviewing code and mentoring junior-level engineers, helping raise the bar for frontend quality and consistency.
  • Owning delivery from concept to deployment, contributing to sprint planning, estimation, and release readiness.
  • Staying ahead of emerging frontend technologies, frameworks, and best practices — and advocating for their adoption where relevant.

What you’ll need to be successful

  • 4+ years of professional experience in frontend development with React.js.
  • Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern frontend architectures.
  • Experience with Next.js, Redux / Context API, and modern UI frameworks or component libraries (Material UI, Tailwind, etc.).
  • Solid grasp of HTML5, CSS3/SASS, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Hands-on experience integrating RESTful APIs or GraphQL endpoints.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong debugging, optimization, and performance-tuning skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SSR (Server-Side Rendering) or Static Site Generation (SSG) in Next.js.
  • Familiarity with Node.js for fullstack development or build tooling.
  • Exposure to frontend testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
  • Prior experience working on enterprise-grade, multi-tenant, or eCommerce applications.
