Job Description

As a Senior Brand Manager, Communications, you will be responsible for shaping and leading brand communications strategy that drives creative excellence and consistent execution across markets. You will champion how great marketing gets done—translating strategy into impactful communication, strengthening creative effectiveness, and embedding best‑in‑class practices across teams.

In this role, you will partner with cross‑functional and regional stakeholders to influence brand storytelling, communication standards, and creative execution. This position is best suited for a seasoned marketer who is as passionate about creative craft and effectiveness as they are about business results, and who can lead through influence in a highly matrixed, global environment.

What you’ll do
  • Lead development and execution of brand communications strategies that elevate creative quality and effectiveness
  • Partner with regional and functional teams to drive alignment on communications frameworks, playbooks, and best practices
  • Influence and guide creative processes across markets to ensure consistency, clarity, and impact
  • Design and deliver internal communication plans that drive adoption of communication standards and marketing tools
  • Collaborate with agency and creative partners to ensure communications deliver against strategic intent
  • Partner with learning, capability, and creative teams to build scalable approaches that strengthen marketing execution
  • Track engagement, adoption, and effectiveness of communications initiatives using data‑driven metrics
  • Act as a thought leader on communications excellence, sharing insights, tools, and best practices across the organization
What we’re looking for
  • Proven experience as a Senior Brand Manager or equivalent, with deep expertise in brand communications and creative execution
  • Strong strategic thinker with the ability to simplify complexity and communicate clear direction
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead through collaboration rather than authority
  • Experience working in global or multi‑market environments with comfort navigating diverse stakeholder needs
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership
  • Ability to manage multiple high‑profile initiatives in ambiguous or “blank‑slate” environments
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of how communications drive brand equity and business performance
  • Willingness to collaborate across time zones and travel periodically to support global partnerships
