We're looking for a strategic, results-driven Senior Brand Manager to join the Hefty® Business Unit and drive profitable growth across both our branded and private label portfolios. This is a high-impact business leadership role with responsibility for brand strategy, innovation, portfolio management, P&L ownership, commercialization and retail media strategy across key strategic retail partners.

This position is hybrid Tuesday - Thursday in Lake Forest.

Responsibilities
  • Lead brand and portfolio strategy for Hefty® and Private Label businesses
  • Drive innovation pipelines, commercialization, and growth initiatives
  • Lead retail media strategy and investment planning across key strategic retail customers
  • Own key business decisions including pricing, portfolio optimization, and financial performance
  • Translate consumer, shopper, and market insights into winning growth strategies
  • Partner across Sales, Finance, R&D, Supply Chain, Operations, and Customer Marketing to deliver results
  • Build customer-ready growth stories and go-to-market plans
  • Influence senior leadership through strategic business recommendations and performance updates

Qualifications

Education/Experience

     Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 8+ years of Brand Marketing, Category Management, or General Management experience in CPG

     Preferred:  

  • MBA

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Strong business acumen with P&L management experience
  • Experience leading innovation and commercialization initiatives
  • Nielsen, Circana, or syndicated data experience
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
  • Ability to travel 10–15%

Posted Salary RangeUSD $127,700.00 - USD $185,150.00 /A Bonus EligibilityRole is eligible for 18% annual incentive provided the business meets financial goals and the individual meets their performance goals, subject to plan administration guidelines.
