Job Description

We are looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst specializing in Oracle CPQ to drive the optimization of the platform. The primary objective of this role is to bridge the gap between business objectives and technical execution, ensuring a seamless "Configure-Price-Quote" experience for our sellers and the sales organization.

The candidate will act as a consultant to our Sales and Product teams, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, improve the Voice of the User, and continually optimize the Oracle CPQ platform for maximum efficiency and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Process Analysis: Map "As-Is" and "To-Be" processes to identify gaps in the seller experience and design optimized end-to-end workflows.

  • Requirements Management: Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.

  • Product Roadmap Support: Represent the "Voice of the User" to ensure the CPQ roadmap prioritizes high-impact features that improve sales efficiencies.

  • System Configuration & Design: Support defining the workflows of product configuration, pricing rules, guided selling, and approval workflows within the Oracle CPQ Cloud environment.

  • UI/UX Optimization: Partner with the UI/UX and IT development teams to enhance the user interface, ensuring the quoting tool is intuitive and aligned with modern design standards.

  • Cross-Functional Liaison: Serve as a key point of contact between Sales and IT to ensure technical solutions meet business KPIs.

  • Testing & Quality Assurance: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), develop comprehensive test plans, and ensure delivered solutions meet all functional and performance requirements.

  • Change Management: Facilitate platform adoption through the creation of training documentation and by providing functional support to end-users.

Requirement:

  • Experience: 8+ years of Business Analysis experience, with at least 3 years focused specifically on Oracle CPQ or a similar technology.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Domain Expertise: Good knowledge of the Lead-to-Cash (LTC) lifecycle and sales technology best practices.

  • Communication: Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language for stakeholders at all levels.

  • Problem Solving: Experience using data and user feedback to drive continuous platform optimization.

  • Agile Experience: Proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools like Jira.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification: Oracle CPQ Cloud Certified Professional.

Target Base Salary Range: $140,000 USD - $150,000 USD
