What We're Looking For:

A seasoned analyst with required corporate retail experience, in a customer facing position, for Workcloud Actionable Intelligence.

A customer facing seasoned analyst with extensive corporate retail experience, preferably in LP/AP, Store Operations or Planning. The analyst will focus on working with the customer to build Workcloud software patterns and logic, to drive ROI for the customer.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Demonstrates intermediate level knowledge of KPIs, team roles, and business processes in assigned area and interconnections with data and processes in adjacent areas
• Uses business acumen to look beyond the data to generate recommendations for a wide variety of moderately complex problems to review directly with business stakeholders
• Identifies and interprets trends and patterns in datasets to drive customer analytics, patterns, and ROI
• Maintains data quality and governance in assigned systems.  May be responsible for data governance processes and quality in assigned area of responsibility
• Coaches junior level analysts in data governance, report design and analysis, and data presentation
• Leads complex analytics projects and automation initiatives
• Demonstrates deep understanding of enterprise data systems and distributed environments, cloud data warehouse solutions and data transformation tools
• Demonstrates strong knowledge of business KPIS / metrics, data governance standards
• Operates independently and mentors junior level analysts

Must work on a hybrid schedule (minimum 3 days a week in office) in one of the following locations: Bentonville, AR, Lincolnshire IL, Chicago, IL, Holtsville, NY, or Miramar, Florida

Qualifications:

Minimum:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Equivalency: Work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree

  • 5+ years in corporate retail

  • Must have store operations, LP/AP, or planning experience

  • Must work on a hybrid schedule (minimum 3 days a week in office) in one of the following locations: Bentonville, AR, Lincolnshire IL, Chicago, IL, Holtsville, NY, or Miramar, Florida

Preferred:

  • Experience in EBR (Exception Based Reporting)

  • Ability to analyze large and complex data sets and drive outputs

  • Intermediate systems knowledge in assigned functional area

  • Microsoft Excel – intermediate to advanced skills

  • Can present data in a visually compelling format to help business stakeholders understand the issues, possibilities and recommendations

  • Microsoft PowerPoint – intermediate to advanced skills

  • Ability to present in front of executive leadership

Pay Range:

$86,080.00 - $129,120.00 Annual

Incentive Compensation:

In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 10% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
