The Opportunity:

This role is responsible for identifying and developing strategic partnerships with builders and property management companies, positioning LG’s smart home and connected appliance ecosystem as a differentiated value proposition. The candidate will lead end-to-end business development activities, including pipeline creation, customer engagement, solution proposal, and commercialization  You will be the primary commercial relationship owner between LG and our key customer segments — multifamily property developers, builders, MDU operators, and property management companies — translating ThinQ Pro’s platform capabilities into compelling business value.
You will work closely with LG’s North America sales, marketing, and product teams, as well as HQ stakeholders, to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, manage active pilot programs, and build a scalable pipeline of B2B opportunities collaborating with builder sales team. This role sits at the intersection of business development, solution selling, and strategic account management.


Responsibilities:

  • Market Development: Research and track the competitive landscape across multifamily, proptech, and smart home sectors to identify new customer and channel opportunities
  • Customer Engagement: Engage developers, builders, and property managers to understand their needs and deliver tailored ThinQ Pro value propositions
  • Pilot Management: Lead end-to-end pilot deployments from onboarding through conversion to commercial agreements
  • Partnerships & Channels: Structure and negotiate agreements with builders, managed WiFi providers, and proptech ecosystem partners
  • Pipeline Management: Own the full B2B sales cycle from lead generation collaborating with the builder sales team
  • Evangelism: Represent ThinQ Pro at key industry events including KBIS, NAA, and AHR

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
  • 10+ years in B2B technology sales, business development, or account management
  • Familiarity with multifamily/MDU, proptech, or smart home industries strongly preferred
  • Working knowledge of IoT ecosystems and connected home technology
  • Strong communicator with proven ability to close complex, multi-stakeholder deals
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment with evolving priorities​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Recruiting Range
$130,000$190,000 USD
