Join a high-growth, fast-moving team at Kroger Precision Marketing, where we are redefining how brands connect with consumers through data, media, and measurement. Powered by 84.51°, we leverage purchase data from 60MM+ households to deliver full-funnel, outcome-driven media solutions for leading brands including PepsiCo, Procter & Gamble, and Unilever. We’re evolving from selling media products to delivering integrated solutions—and we’re looking for talent who want to help shape that future.

Role Overview

As a Senior Account Executive, Agency Partnerships, you will play a critical role in driving agency growth, strengthening strategic partnerships, and unlocking incremental revenue across our agency ecosystem. This is not a support role — you will operate as a commercial leader within agency relationships, influencing strategy, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring Kroger Precision Marketing is embedded in agency planning, activation, and measurement workflows. You will own key agency relationships (including hold co-level engagement), partner closely with Sales and Product, and act as a connector between agency needs and KPM capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Agency Growth & Commercial Impact

  • Own and grow agency relationships, identifying opportunities to drive incremental revenue beyond existing commitments
  • Partner with CPG sales leads to align agency strategy with revenue goals and unlock new spend
  • Contribute directly to agency revenue targets through proactive opportunity development

Strategic Partnership Management

  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships across agency organizations (planning, investment, activation, and leadership)
  • Lead regular agency engagements (QBRs, business reviews, joint planning sessions, etc.)
  • Position KPM as a strategic partner, not just a media vendor

Solution Development & Execution

  • Collaborate cross-functionally (Sales, Product, Data Science, Engineering) to bring forward integrated, solution-oriented proposals
  • Translate agency needs into actionable KPM strategies across onsite, offsite, and in-store capabilities
  • Support campaign performance through optimization recommendations and insights

Agency Enablement & Ecosystem Integration

  • Drive agency education on KPM capabilities, data, and measurement solutions
  • Support onboarding of new agencies, including alignment on terms, processes, and ways of working
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, agency models, and competitive positioning

Operational Excellence

  • Partner with internal teams to streamline processes across planning, activation, billing, and support
  • Manage agency communications, issue resolution, and ongoing requests with a high standard of responsiveness and quality
  • Maintain visibility into agency activity and share market intelligence across the organization

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 8-10+ years of experience in digital media, retail media, or agency environments (publisher, agency, ad tech, or data provider)
  • Proven ability to navigate complex agency organizations and build relationships across multiple stakeholders
  • Experience contributing to revenue growth through account management or business development
  • Strong understanding of digital media planning, activation, and measurement
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

  • Programmatic and/or self-service platform experience (e.g., The Trade Desk, Google DV360)
  • Experience engaging with holding companies and/or negotiating at senior levels
  • Experience working with Fortune 500 brands and large agency groups

What Success Looks Like

  • Strong, trusted relationships across key agency partners
  • Measurable contribution to agency revenue growth
  • Increased agency adoption of KPM solutions and capabilities
  • Improved visibility into agency activity and opportunity pipeline
  • Elevated perception of KPM as a strategic, solutions-oriented partner
