If you are looking for a meaningful career where people work and act with passion, rethink the existing and always strive to find the best solution - you have come to the right place. We develop future technologies to relentlessly make supply chains better.

We are a leader in supply chain software solutions, helping organizations streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.

We’re looking for a highly analytical and client-focused Senior Solutions Analyst  to join our Implementation team. This role is ideal for a solutions-minded professional with experience in financial operations, client onboarding, and custom business rule development. You will lead and support the implementation of complex financial allocation and reporting solutions, collaborating closely with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver customized, scalable automation.

As a Senior Solutions Analyst, you’ll be responsible for scoping, building, and delivering automated financial allocation processes (e.g., general ledger coding, cost center mapping), custom or standard reporting solutions (e.g., closed invoices, accruals), and Order Match frameworks tailored to each client’s business rules.

What a day in the life looks like:

  • Lead the scoping, design, and implementation of client-specific financial allocation processes, including general ledger and cost center mapping based on custom rulesets

  • Configure and validate automation logic for invoice processing and reporting in alignment with client financial systems

  • Design and deploy recurring operational reports (e.g., invoice status, accrual summaries) leveraging standard or custom formats

  • Build and support Order Match processes (standard and client-specific), enabling accurate and timely reconciliation of invoice and shipment data

  • Work closely with project managers, implementation leads, and technical resources to ensure all client requirements are captured and executed effectively

  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to customize integrations, reporting logic, and allocation workflows

  • Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional system configurations

  • Perform data analysis and quality assurance checks to ensure rule accuracy and reporting completeness

  • Troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues, providing ongoing support and documentation

  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing across the organization

  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in implementation methodologies and solution design

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 3–5 years of experience in solution implementation, financial systems, or supply chain operations

  • Proven ability to develop and configure custom business rules, allocation logic, and reports

  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with SQL or similar querying tools strongly preferred

  • Strong understanding of financial operations including GL coding, accruals, and invoice reconciliation

  • Familiarity with reporting tools, EDI/API integrations, and data automation workflows

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills

  • Strong project ownership skills with the ability to manage multiple client deliverables simultaneously

  • Experience working with transportation management systems (TMS) or freight audit platforms is a plus
