In the Client Success Manager – Activation role, you will support management of client accounts, execution & pacing. You will provide both Media & Incentives platform & execution domain expertise. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment, have a high standard for quality and strive to ‘wow’ your clients and partners. 

 RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Supports aligned client success partners within pod on developing strong client relationships & understanding of overarching client goals. Eventual goal to manage 1-3 small/growth accounts. 
  • Delivering accurate and timely audience sizing  
  • Assist with campaign intake and campaign tracking. 
  • Responsible for reporting, pacing, and review of wrap reports. 
  • Bring forward ideas for campaigns & workflow processes 
  • Working effectively with cross functional team to execute against client campaigns. This includes Sales, Campaign Operations, Creative, Product Strategy, and Data Scientists  
  • Ability to work independently to ensure success of high volume of campaigns executed, while also agile to successfully work with a cross-functional team. 
  • IO/brief management; support clients as invoicing/billing questions arise. 
  • Provide clients system access & owning new client setup 

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE: 

  • Bachelors' degree B.A. / B.S or equivalent work experience 
  • Strong attention to details and project management skills 
  • Analytical acumen to make decisions 
  • Technical acumen to leverage key tools in a timely and accurate manner 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally 
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills 

Pay Transparency and Benefits

  • The stated salary range represents the entire span applicable across all geographic markets from lowest to highest.  Actual salary offers will be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to geographic location, relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data and cost of labor. In addition to salary, this position is also eligible for variable compensation.

$78,000$120,000 USD
