  • Reconcile revised requests, funding reallocations, and previously paid amounts with Finance and providers.
  • Coordinate with Legal and Finance on loan arrangements, escrow releases, guarantees, and other funding structures when required.
  • Ensure documentation, signatures, and authorized approvals are completed before Treasury releases funds, and confirm payment receipt and allocation with providers.

Cross- Functional Execution

  • Establish clear owners, deadlines, and next steps across Infrastructure, Legal, Finance, Treasury, and Procurement.
  • Lead focused reviews to resolve open issues and secure decisions.
  • Prepare concise recommendations explaining the request, available options, financial implications, and delivery impact.
  • Escalate unresolved issues early and drive them through to closure.

  • Identify funding or contractual dependencies that could delay procurement, construction, commissioning, or handover.
  • Provide leadership with clear reporting on outstanding commitments, upcoming payments, and decisions required.
  • Build repeatable processes for provider requests, approvals, documentation, and reporting as the portfolio grows.

What we expect you to have:

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in commercial management, infrastructure business operations, project controls, or capital project delivery.
  • Experience managing commercial activities involving data centers, energy, construction, real estate development, or other capital-intensive infrastructure.
