Position Responsibilities

  • Design, analyze and manage compensation programs, partnering with teams across the organization to achieve business goals.

  • Process complex compensation requests including job evaluations, salary recommendations, salary surveys and the annual compensation cycle.

  • Serve as a resource for team members, providing guidance on compensation tools that drive high performance and inform decision-making.

  • Provide data-driven insights to optimize compensation processes using HR systems like Workday.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR business partners, recruiters and business managers.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.

  • Proficient in Excel.

  • 4+ years of Compensation / Analyst experience.

  • Knowledge of compensation theory and practices a plus.
