The expected pay range for this position is $95,000.00 - $125,000.00 USD annually, based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.

With 2+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience, specializing in Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, and Business Processes, you will be a key contributor in delivering impactful implementations, optimizations, and system enhancements. This role requires strong functional knowledge across the Workday HCM suite and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, effective configurations.

As a Senior Consultant - Workday HCM, you will collaborate closely with client stakeholders, support full project lifecycles, and ensure solutions align with operational needs, compliance standards, and business objectives. In addition to delivering high-quality configurations, you will contribute to best practices, troubleshoot system issues, and help guide clients through adoption and change management.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and implement Workday Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, and Business Process solutions to meet client needs.

  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, conduct fit-gap analyses, and design scalable solutions following Workday best practices.

  • Support all phases of project delivery, including discovery, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, including configuration dependencies and integration points.

  • Provide guidance on optimizing usability, scalability, and compliance within the Workday environment.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless alignment across modules and business processes.

  • Document configurations, create training materials, and conduct knowledge transfer sessions with client teams.

  • Stay up to date on Workday releases and new features, advising clients on potential enhancements.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience, with a strong focus on Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, and Business Processes.

  • Demonstrated experience in configuring and supporting Workday solutions across multiple HCM modules.

  • Strong understanding of Workday Business Process Framework and its impact on system functionality.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with clients and project teams.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a project environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.

  • Workday certification(s) in Core HCM, Compensation, or Talent is a plus.
