About The Team

Life360's B2B Ads Marketing team works at the intersection of our consumer app and our growing ads business. We're building a brand new to market, which means you'll have real input on how Life360 Ads is positioned and perceived. The team is lean and collaborative—you'll work directly with sales, marketing, and leadership. If you want to work in a fast-moving environment where your work matters, this is the place.

About the Job

We’re seeking a Senior Designer to own the design and strategy for all B2B marketing materials for Life360 Ads. That means pitch decks, ad campaigns, motion graphics, website assets, event materials, case studies—anything that helps media buyers understand and choose Life360. You'll work with both B2B messaging strategy and performance metrics in mind. Some projects you'll lead independently; others you'll collaborate closely on.

The US-based salary range for this position is $91,000 to $133,000. We take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary - therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits, as well as equity.

What You’ll Do
  • Own projects from brief to finished file. You're accountable for the work and how it lands.
  • Design pitch decks, one-pagers, and sales enablement materials that explain why media buyers should choose Life360.
  • Create ads, social creatives, and digital campaigns—static and motion—focused on grabbing attention and driving clicks.
  • Design event materials (signage, booth graphics, branded digital assets) for conferences and trade shows.
  • Build website pages, landing pages, and digital experiences for B2B campaigns.
  • Create press materials, case studies, and whitepapers that showcase wins and results.
  • Maintain design systems, brand guidelines, and asset libraries to keep everything consistent.
  • Work with strategists, sales, product and marketing to translate briefs into designs that work.
  • Iterate quickly. Get feedback, revise, move on. Meet timelines without stress.
  • Collaborate on brainstorms, celebrate wins together, and actively shape the emerging Life360 Ads brand.
What We’re Looking For
  • 6+ years designing B2B, advertising, or SaaS work. Portfolio required.
  • Expert in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Understand B2B messaging strategy. Can design across formats: campaigns, ads, motion, video, decks, websites, print, events.
  • Strong design fundamentals: typography, color, layout, hierarchy, and visual storytelling.
  • Think about design from an ROI perspective. Understand what drives engagement and conversion, not just aesthetics.
  • Self-starter who owns projects, doesn't need constant check-ins, and solves problems independently.
  • Excited about building a new brand. You see Life360 Ads as a chance to shape the market narrative.
  • Organized. You manage files and workflows so projects move smoothly.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent).
Nice to Have
  • Experience with advertising, martech, adtech, or media tech B2B marketing.
  • Portfolio with motion graphics, animation, or video production.
  • Basic HTML/CSS or familiarity with web design and responsive design.
  • Experience with design systems and component-based design.
  • Track record in startup or scale-up environments.
Our Benefits
  • Competitive pay and benefits
  • Medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance plans (100% paid for employees)
  • 401(k) plan with company matching program
  • Mental Wellness Program & Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for mental well-being
  • Flexible PTO, 13 company-wide days off throughout the year
  • Winter and Summer Weeklong Synchronized Company Shutdowns
  • Learning & Development programs
  • Equipment, tools, and reimbursement support for a productive remote environment
  • Free Life360 Platinum Membership for your preferred circle
  • Free Tile Products
