We foster a collaborative culture where hard work is balanced with fun, and every team member's contributions are valued. Your impact matters, and we encourage all ideas!

We are passionate about health and wellness! As a member of our team, you can receive guidance, support, and amazing products to help you achieve your personal wellness goals. Plus, you'll have a community of friends cheering you on every step of the way!

The Opportunity:

Partner.Co is rebuilding its global e-commerce experience from the ground up, and we are hiring the person who will own it. This is a build, not a maintenance assignment. You will make the product decisions, lead the implementation partner, and be accountable for what launches.

The role reports directly to the SVP of Digital Products and Analytics. Decisions get made quickly and there are no layers between you and the people funding the work. Scope covers storefront and checkout, subscriptions and AutoShip, advanced promotions, international payments, shipping, taxation and localization, and integration with our order management and commission systems, across North America, Europe, China, and Japan. The current plan is to build on Shopify, though we care far more about depth in e-commerce than familiarity with any single platform.

This is not primarily a backlog administration role. You will turn complex commerce requirements into clear decisions and working solutions, and you will push them to launch.

Why This Role Is Different:

Direct selling creates commerce problems that do not exist in retail. An order does not just move product. It carries attribution, volume, and qualification data that determines what thousands of independent Brand Partners earn. Most e-commerce professionals have never solved this. You will own how the platform handles:

  • Customer, enroller, sponsor, and order attribution
  • Volume, qualification activity, and commission-impacting transactions
  • Customer and Brand Partner eligibility
  • Enrollment and subscription incentives
  • Advanced promotion configurations
  • Returns, cancellations, and transaction adjustments

A commerce decision here can change downstream volume, qualification, incentives, commissions, and field trust. It is the hardest part of the job and the part that will make you better at commerce than a retail role would.

Your First Year:

  1. Lead the implementation partner through discovery, design, configuration, testing, launch, and optimization.
  1. Define requirements and priorities for storefront, checkout, account, subscription, payment, promotion, shipping, taxation, and localization capabilities.
  1. Coordinate integration with Partner.Co order management, commission, identity, analytics, and marketing systems.
  1. Establish scalable subscription and AutoShip capabilities.
  1. Define advanced promotion and eligibility rules for Customers and Brand Partners.
  1. Support rollout across international markets.
  1. Build the roadmap and operating model for continued commerce improvement.

What You’ll Do:

Own the Commerce Product

  • Own the e-commerce roadmap, prioritized backlog, business requirements, acceptance criteria, release planning, and product decisions.
  • Lead continued improvement of storefront, checkout, customer account, subscription, promotion, and post-purchase experiences.
  • Prioritize work based on customer value, sales impact, operational feasibility, compliance, and ongoing support requirements.
  • Clearly communicate status, completed work, stakeholder feedback, decisions, risks, and expected outcomes.

Lead the Implementation Partner

  • Serve as the primary product and business contact for the e-commerce implementation partner and other commerce vendors.
  • Lead discovery, requirements reviews, solution decisions, delivery planning, testing, defect resolution, launch readiness, and post-launch improvement.
  • Make timely scope and priority decisions and hold vendors accountable for quality, delivery commitments, and agreed outcomes.

Build the Customer Experience, Subscriptions, and Promotions

  • Work with Marketing, Creative, and User Experience teams to develop a storefront that reflects the Partner.Co brand and improves conversion.
  • Define how Customers and Brand Partners discover products, enroll, purchase, subscribe, check out, and manage their accounts.
  • Use customer feedback, analytics, behavior data, and testing to identify friction and improve the experience.
  • Define requirements for subscription and AutoShip enrollment, self-service changes, recurring payments, payment recovery, retention, and lifecycle communications.
  • Establish promotion capabilities for enrollment offers, bundles, subscription incentives, promotional codes, limited-time campaigns, and market-specific offers.
  • Support eligibility rules based on customer type, Brand Partner status, enrollment, product, subscription, volume, market, and timing.

Connect the Enterprise and Serve Global Markets

  • Own business requirements for integration between the commerce platform and Partner.Co enterprise systems.
  • Work with internal development teams and vendors to define business rules, data flows, exception handling, reconciliation, and operational ownership.
  • Validate that order, customer, attribution, volume, promotion, payment, shipping, and tax data moves accurately between systems.
  • Define requirements for international payments, currencies, taxation, shipping, internationalization, localization, and market-specific validation.
  • Partner with Marketing on acquisition, segmentation, personalization, email, SMS, lifecycle communications, and campaign measurement.
  • Work with regional, Finance, Operations, Compliance, and Customer Experience teams to confirm readiness before launch.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Customers and Brand Partners can shop, enroll, subscribe, and manage their accounts with far less friction.
  • Conversion, enrollment, subscription adoption, and retention improve.
  • Commerce capabilities launch with the quality and operational readiness each market requires.
  • Order, attribution, volume, and commission-supporting data is accurate and reconcilable.
  • Marketing and regional teams launch approved promotions faster and with less manual support.
  • International markets are served without fragmenting the platform.
  • The platform can be reliably supported and improved after launch.

This starts as one platform. As it stabilizes, the person who owns it is positioned to take on a broader share of Partner.Co's digital commerce portfolio.

What We’re Looking For:

How You Work

  • You take ownership of outcomes rather than waiting for someone to hand you a task list.
  • You get things into production. You would rather launch, measure, and improve than spend another month refining a document.
  • You find a way forward with the people, budget, and tools available instead of waiting for ideal conditions.
  • You dig into the data, the systems, and the customer behavior yourself when the answer is not obvious.
  • You hold a high bar for your own work and chase the result, not just the deliverable.
  • You want this platform to become your business to grow, and you expect to take on more over time.

Required Qualifications

  • Five (5) or more years of experience in e-commerce, digital product management, product ownership, or a related role.
  • Hands-on experience owning or implementing a large-scale, customer-facing e-commerce platform. Platform matters less than proven e-commerce judgment.
  • Experience leading a customer-facing commerce implementation from requirements through launch and optimization.
  • Experience working with external implementation vendors and internal development teams.
  • Ability to translate business processes into clear requirements, workflows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and launch plans.
  • Working knowledge of APIs, enterprise integrations, data flows, testing, reconciliation, and production support.
  • Strong stakeholder management, prioritization, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to connect technology decisions to customer experience, adoption, sales impact, compliance, and operational risk.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Shopify, Shopify Plus, or a comparable enterprise commerce platform such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, BigCommerce, commercetools, or Adobe Commerce.
  • Experience in direct selling, affiliate commerce, referral commerce, loyalty programs, or another attribution-based business model.
  • Experience with volume attribution, sponsor or genealogy relationships, commission-impacting transactions, qualification rules, or advanced promotion configuration.
  • Experience selecting and integrating the supporting applications a commerce stack depends on, including subscription management, marketing automation and lifecycle messaging, tax calculation, search and merchandising, product reviews, and personalization.
  • Experience with subscription commerce, AutoShip, recurring payments, international payments, taxation, shipping, localization, and multi-currency commerce.
  • Experience integrating commerce platforms with order management, commission, ERP, identity, customer data, data warehouse, analytics, marketing automation, or customer service systems.
  • Experience supporting multi-market or global commerce operations.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, information systems, computer science, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent relevant experience will be considered.

What Sets the Strongest Candidates Apart:

The strongest candidates understand that checkout is only one part of commerce. They can explain how commerce decisions affect customer experience, subscriptions, promotions, attribution, volume, commissions, operations, compliance, and field trust, on any platform. They lead implementation partners, align stakeholders, make practical trade-offs, and keep moving when the path is unclear. They measure themselves by what customers actually use and what the business can operate reliably.
