OverviewWe're looking for a Senior Digital Visual Designer to join us on a contract basis, supporting a variety of digital design projects. This is a flexible, part-time engagement (up to 20 hours per week) that offers the opportunity to grow into a longer-term working relationship for the right fit.
Responsibilities- Design digital visual assets for web, social, email, and/or advertising campaigns
- Translate briefs and brand guidelines into polished, on-brand visual designs
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (marketing, product, or account teams) to understand project goals and deliver design solutions
- Present design concepts and iterate based on feedback
- Ensure consistency across visual assets and adherence to brand standards
- Manage your own timelines to deliver quality work within project deadlines
- 5+ years of professional experience in digital visual design
- Exposure to or experience in the Pharma Industry
- Strong portfolio demonstrating range across digital formats (web, social, email, display ads, etc.)
- Expertise in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or similar
- Solid understanding of typography, color, layout, and digital design best practices
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with minimal oversight
- Strong communication skills and comfort presenting/defending design decisions
- Availability for up to 20 hours per week
- Experience working with agencies or multiple concurrent clients/brands
- Basic motion graphics or animation skills
- Familiarity with accessibility standards in digital design
- Experience with ISI
