Team Overview
The Global Operations Strategy & Analytics team enables data-driven decision-making across customer care and servicing operations at TransUnion. This team partners closely with Care & Servicing leadership, enterprise data teams, and strategy functions to drive performance, efficiency, and customer outcomes.This role reports to the SVP, Global Operations Strategy & Analytics and serves as a key analytics partner to senior Care & Servicing leadership. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
Role Overview and Core Responsibilities
Lead the vision, roadmap, and execution of the Care & Servicing Operational Analytics platform, aligning to enterprise analytics strategy.
Translate business priorities into scalable analytics capabilities, including KPI frameworks, performance measurement, and operational insights.
Serve as a trusted analytics advisor to senior leaders, shaping strategy, execution, and investment decisions through data-driven insights.
Drive modernization of analytics capabilities through automation, advanced analytics, and AI (Artificial Intelligence) enabled insights.
Partner with Global Operations Strategy & Analytics to ensure analytics informs strategic priorities, operating plans, and transformation initiatives.
Act as a key bridge between business stakeholders, analytics teams, and enterprise data platform (OneTru) partners.
Establish and govern consistent operational performance metrics and success measures across Care & Servicing.
Embed analytics into operating rhythms, including forecasting, capacity planning, and business reviews.
Lead and develop a high-performing analytics team, building capabilities across BI (Business Intelligence), performance analytics, and advanced analytics.
Required Knowledge and Experiences
15+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, operations, or strategy, leveraging data to drive enterprise decision-making.
Experience partnering with senior executives to translate strategic priorities into actionable analytics and performance insights.
Proven ability to build and scale analytics platforms or operating models in complex, data-driven environments.
Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at senior levels.
Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent experience); advanced degree preferred to support analytical rigor and strategic thinking
Required Knowledge and Experiences
Required Technical Skills
Experience with BI (Business Intelligence), data visualization, and performance analytics tools to generate insights and drive action.
Familiarity with AI (Artificial Intelligence) and advanced analytics techniques, including predictive analytics and automation.
Experience working with enterprise data platforms (e.g., lakehouse architectures, semantic layers, shared data products).

Pay Scale Information:The U.S. base salary range for this position is $166,800.00 - $250,000.00 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations. Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion’s annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
