Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, you will define, lead, and scale Conagra Brands’ enterprise marketing activation model. You will own the end‑to‑end vision, operating model, and portfolio activation strategy for the In‑House Agency, ensuring creative, media, and production capabilities are aligned to brand growth priorities. You will drive measurable business impact while delivering efficiency, quality, and speed across the portfolio. You will partner closely with Brand Management, Media, Sales, external agencies, and enterprise stakeholders to optimize investment, strengthen brand performance, and continuously evolve how Conagra activates brands.

A Taste of Your Responsibilities

  • Serve as an enterprise brand building leader and internal consultant, applying deep experience developing foundational brand equities, integrated campaigns, and go‑to‑market activation.
  • Align In-house creative studio output to brand strategy, media strategy, and enterprise growth priorities.
  • Own Marketing budget, governance, financial stewardship, and operating integrity.
  • Establish and govern portfolio‑level brand standards, activation frameworks, and resourcing strategies, championing a strong brand building culture across the organization.
  • Partner with Brand and Sales teams to drive portfolio‑level growth, return on investment, and high‑impact brand activation moments.
  • Act as an experienced, senior voice within the in-house agency support model, including investment choices, prioritization, and long‑term capability planning.
  • Execute the end‑to‑end, In‑House Agency operating model, ensuring best‑in‑class execution across creative development and production.
  • Lead big idea development, creative content creation, and continuous ideation that positions marketing as a growth lever for brand teams.
  • Balance internal, agency, and partner production models to deliver scale, flexibility, and cost efficiency.
  • Develop and leverage consumer insights, market research, and performance data to inform category‑led activation strategies across the portfolio.
  • Enable leaders and teams to create, sell in, and scale breakthrough ideas through campaign and initiative toolkits.
  • Drive consistency and standardization where required, while protecting distinct brand identities.
  • Own enterprise brand partnerships, creator relationships, studios, and licensing agreements.
  • Establish clear performance expectations and guardrails for agency and partner engagement.
  • Ensure partnerships deliver measurable brand growth, return on investment, and sustained effectiveness.
  • Translate Studio performance into clear, credible investment narratives that build leadership confidence.

Ingredients Required for Your Success

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master of Business Administration preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in marketing activation, creative content, production, CPG and/or agency environments.
  • Proven experience building brands through end‑to‑end campaign development and enterprise, portfolio‑level activation.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex organizations and cross‑functional teams.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing large budgets and performance‑driven investment decisions.

Compensation 

Pay Range:$153,000-$236,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
