Responsibilities:
- Define the Vision: Craft and articulate a bold, inspiring vision for the next evolution of Ads UX, leveraging automation to simplify complex workflows while enhancing outcomes.
- Lead Transformation: Drive innovation to reimagine Ads Manager as a seamless, modern, and intuitive full-funnel platform that blends automation with creativity and control.
- Inspire Excellence: Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing UX team. Empower them to deliver world-class solutions that set new standards in the advertising industry.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with Product, Engineering, UX Research and other key stakeholders to bring user-centered, data-driven designs to life.
- Collaborate Cross-Org: Bridge the Ads and Consumer organizations to ensure that high-performing ad formats not only drive business outcomes but also deliver a delightful end-user experience.
- Champion the User: Advocate for our customers, ensuring that Ads UX solutions prioritize ease of use, clarity and measurable value.
- Drive Impact: Translate business needs and technical capabilities into forward-thinking designs that enable businesses of all sizes to thrive.
Qualitifications
- Proven experience leading UX design teams, working on advanced advertising products with high sophistication and automation.
- A track record of delivering transformative, user-centered solutions that balance automation with user trust and control.
- A history of creating delightful, innovative ad formats
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams and influence across the organization.
- Ability to balance strategic vision with execution to deliver exceptional results.
