Job Summary

Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in cybersecurity for the generation fleet. Drive program improvements, lead incident investigations, and ensure alignment with enterprise security strategies and regulatory obligations. Understands processes and initiates required changes to address vulnerabilities or gaps in standards.

Job Description

Key Accountabilities

•Lead complex initiatives, such as segmented architecture deployments or vulnerability remediation campaigns.

•Develop fleet-wide technical standards and guidance.

•Provide advanced technical oversight during compliance audits and inspections.

•Lead root cause analysis of cybersecurity events and implement lessons learned.

•Develop and refine dashboards and metrics for executive and operational reporting.

•Represent cybersecurity on capital projects and plant upgrades.

Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements

•5–8 years in industrial or infrastructure cybersecurity roles.

•Deep understanding of NERC CIP, ICS/OT security, and control systems engineering.

•Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.

•Strong analytical and communication skills.

•Deep understanding of computer networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, NAT, firewalls, and segmentation. Experience with industrial or air-gapped networks is a plus.

•Proficiency in scripting and automation, particularly using PowerShell, JavaScript and/or Python, to automate routine tasks, enforce security controls, and validate compliance is desire

•Experienced gained through college degree programs and/or certification in business or technology related field, or equivalent experience.
