As a Senior Software Engineer on the Discovery team, you will design, build, and operate the next generation of AI-driven, scalable, high-performance systems that process large volumes of data. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on cloud-native or distributed systems • Strong understanding of modern software design principles and cloud-native architectures
  • Proven ability to deliver complex solutions and own them end to end in production environments
  • Experience working with distributed multi-tenant systems
  • Experience raising engineering quality through design discussions, code reviews, and mentorship
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, observability, and incident response
  • Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills Preferred • Experience building full-stack systems at scale using React and .NET
  • Familiarity with performance tuning, scalability trade-offs, and secure-by-default design
  • Experience working in high-scale or regulated environments
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code

Compensation and Benefits

Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices.

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.

The expected salary range for this role is between following values:

$126,000 and $190,000

The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
