You'll be responsible for developing and executing field marketing programs that will enable Writer to build strong partnerships and customer relationships that drive pipeline and revenue in EMEA. You must be a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys the opportunity of working with international teams, and is determined to make a difference in a dynamic and rapidly growing organization.

  • Create, manage, and measure impactful field marketing programs that generate millions of sales pipeline

  • Have experience in identifying, developing, and launching new markets, including understanding market dynamics and establishing effective entry strategies

  • Adapt and implement marketing strategies from the US marketing team to suit local market needs and preferences

  • Effectively collaborate with internal teams including sales, product, customer success, engineering, and marketing to make sure successful execution

  • Obsessed with working with customers, learning about them, and their pain points

  • Optimize ROI for event budget and resources

  • Proven track record in developing and managing field marketing and demand generation strategies, from intimate executive dinners to large-scale industry conferences

  • Are data-driven and can break down problems into smaller parts
