Senior Finance Manager, FP&A at a glance….
The Senior Finance Manager, FP&A is a key finance role to support the procurement space with forecast, close, monthly business cycle coordination, annual & strategic planning cycle. This individual will coordinate and support in company efforts to deliver savings commitments throughout the NA Procurement & coordinate inflation visibility. As a key business partner to package owners, entity owners, budget owners, and functional leadership, this role will work across the organization to create and implement optimal processes and tools as well as initiating analytical projects to identify savings opportunities. Additionally, this role leads the Procurement FP&A team across Chicago and Mexico City offices to deliver on procurement commitments.
What’s on the menu?
- Serve as an advocate in financial planning and accounting matters (e.g., financial reporting, cost allocations) and process improvement opportunities
- FP&A Sr. Manager oversees reporting & process for $8bn annual spend
- Support the organization in the redesign of company-wide business planning process
- Support accurate P&L and publishing of financial presentations ranging from consolidated financials, flash reports, and other reports necessary to help drive optimal decision making
- Prepare standard and ad-hoc analysis, driving insight on business gaps to plan and benchmarks
- Lead the Monthly Business Review preparation, Annual Operating Plan budgeting process, Strategic Plan, Impairment Analysis
- Bridging the gap between commercial pricing and operational expense
- Review regularly with the business to identify risks and opportunities, and mitigation of risks
- Attend business unit meetings, helping to represent Finance when needed
- Assist in the coaching and development of FP&A team

- Bachelor's Degree and/or advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Engineering or a related field
- 5+ years’ experience, in a complex environment with escalating levels of responsibility
- Strong technical and systems orientation (experience with SAP, Office 365) desired
- Prior Procurement, OPS Function, Category, Corporate FP&A and/or BU experience preferred
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills and broad business acumen
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Ability to work autonomously and think independently
- Ability to coach, develop and help team prioritize
- Excel technical skills along with systems agility

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$120,800.00 - $151,000.00Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
